Light Labs is proud to introduce our new points program designed for our faithful customers. We realized that the average customer doesn't really care about coffee mugs, stuffed animals, and t-shirts. Customers want good prizes like i-pods, PlayStation II's, amazon.com gift certificates, laptops, and more. This is not a program where you have to buy a certain amount of one specific product in a huge quantity to get a gift. We want our customers to order what they need, when they need it.

Our program works like this:

1. Buy lab supplies online from www.lightlabsusa.com
2. Lab Supplies are worth points
3. Build up your points and redeem them for cool stuff.

How to get started

The way to get started is simple; just buy something online from www.lightlabsusa.com and in the comments box, note that you would like to join the Lab Points Program. Light Labs will send you a confirmation, a customer ID, and any other information you might need. Light Labs will update you monthly about your points total by email.

How to redeem points

When you have built up enough lab points to redeem them for something that you would like, simply send an email to sales@lightlabsusa.com noting the number of points you would like to use, your customer ID, and what cool stuff you want.

The point levels* are outlined below:

100points = $20 Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble or Target or Petsmart or JCrew Gift Certificate

200points = $75 Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble or Target or Petsmart or JCrew Gift Certificate

400points = 2GB i-pod Nano or PlayStation II or XBox or $150 Walmart Gift Certificate or $150 JCrew Gift Certificate

600points = 30GB i-pod or 4GB i-pod Nano or $250 Walmart Gift Certificate or $250 JCrew Gift Certificate

3000points = Averatec Laptop Computer

*Point Levels are subject to change at the discretion of Light Labs. Items can be added, moved, or removed at anytime from the point levels.

6 Point Items: TPP Dishes, TPP Flasks, TPP Plates, Film

10 Point Items: Labpette Discovery Pipettes, Power Supplies

15 Point Items: Multi-Channel Pipettes, MiniCentrifuge, Vortex Mixer, Nutating Mixer

20 Point Items: Biopette E Electronic Pipettes, Orbital Shakers, Rockers

Refer a friend and get 15 points

Referrals are only valid when the customer purchases $100 total in Light Labs products. The referral must mention that he/she was referred at time of first Lab Points Purchase in the Comments field and must not have previously been a customer of Light Labs. Customers cannot refer themselves.

Some Exclusions Apply

Light Lab's Lab Points program is for customers in the contiguous United States, only. Points will be awarded for online orders only. Points are awarded at time of payment, not purchase (payments with credit cards - about 24hrs). Emails will be sent at the end of each month with point totals, specials, etc. Light Labs is not responsible for damaged prizes or product malfunctions. Lab Points are only valid on orders placed on or after 11/7/05. Lab Points expire 2yr from date points received.
