TSG DNA Polymerase, 500U
Tsg DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA Polymerase isolated from a strain of Thermus sp. Tsg has a half life of 3 hours at 95 oC, it is therefore more stable than Taq DNA Polymerase. Tsg has high fidelity with an error frequency 10 / 106 ( or 0.01 / 103 ) during DNA synthesis. Taq is designed for use in primer extension reaction.

The Klenow fragment of DNA polymerase catalyzes the transfer of dNMPs from dNTPs to the 3? -OH termini of DNA primer that is complementary to the template. The highly purified enzyme retains the 3? to 5? polymerase and the 3? to 5? exonuclease activity of the native enzyme but lacks the 5? to 3? exonuclease activity
