The heating and refrigeration systems offer a microprocessor based control system with a digital temperature display (resolution to 0.1C above 0o C operation) and high-quality cabinet construction. The internal forced air circulation system provides maximum temperature uniformity. Both models
come standard with a built-in alarm system that alerts the operator to temperature deviation by monitoring user adjustable high and low temperature limits and has both an audible and visual warning system which includes remote dry contacts for remote alarm condition monitoring. Both models are equipped with an internal chamber safety thermostat for added over-temperature protection. The model F-1030 provides more than 20 square feet of internal shelf space plus two removable utility baskets (approx. 400 BOD bottle capacity), the F-1029 model provides more than five square feet of shelf space (approx. 90 BOD bottle capacity). Both the shelves and baskets in these products are epoxy coated for long-lasting durability and ease of cleaning. Both models come with built-in door shelves for added product storage and access convenience. Both models feature a manual defrost system that allows you to select the appropriate time for the system to
be engaged. These products are manufactured to endure the rigors of commercial laboratory use and both carry a warranty for this application. For performance assurance, each unit is completely tested and shipped with its unique pull down performance graph. The exterior is constructed of heavy gauge steel with a baked-on white epoxy coating for long lasting durability and scratch resistance. The
interior is white molded ABS with no seams on the side walls and floor for easy cleaning and decontamination. The interior environment is protected by CFC-free, high-density foamed-in-place urethane insulation. The model F-1030 includes an interior light and a built-in door lock for security. Both models feature adjustable leveling legs.
